Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 29 July 2020 we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements around safety and changes that must be notified to Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had breached requirements by failing to notify Ofsted of a significant event. We also found that the provider was breaching the requirement of the voluntary part of the Childcare Register as they were not taking all necessary measures to minimise any risk to older children's health and safety in regard to considering additional protection from the sun children may require when playing outside in hot weather. We have issued the provider with a notice to improve which requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider has completed the required actions and remains registered with Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
