Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. Following an inspection on the 3 March 2020 we served a Welfare Requirements Notice (WRN) on the 16 March 2020 that asked the provider to;

Summary of outcome
On the 25 March 2020 we conducted a regulatory telephone call to the provider to check compliance with the WRN served on the 16 March 2020. This was due to restrictions imposed by COVID-19. We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider to comply with the WRN. We found that the provider had taken sufficient action to ensure children are safe and effective hygienic procedures are in place. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
