Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. Following an inspection on the 16 October 2019 we served a Welfare Requirements Notice (WRN) on the 29 October 2019 that asked the provider to;

Summary of outcome

On the 7 November 2019 we conducted an announced compliance monitoring visit for the WRN served on the 29 October 2019. We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider to comply with the WRN. We found that the provider had taken sufficient action to ensure children are safe, hygienic procedures are in place and the provider is promoting children's emotional well-being effectively. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
