Summary of outcome
On 26 November 2019 we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements of the early years foundation stage. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. We served a welfare requirement notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take action. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 June 2020 we contacted the provider to check compliance with the actions listed in the welfare requirement notice issued at the inspection. It was found that the provider had taken action by ensuring that people who work with children are suitable for their role and risk assessments are effective to minimise risks to children's safety. The provider maintains the required information about the children in her care. She involves parents in decisions relating to the deployment of her assistants. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
