Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 February 2020 we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements of the early years foundation stage. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. We served a welfare requirement notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take action. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 11 June 2020 we contacted the provider to check compliance with the actions listed in the welfare requirement notice issued at the inspection. It was found that the provider had taken action by improving her understanding of how to handle children safely and by ensuring that risk assessments are effective to ensure children's safety. She has improved partnerships with parents and has strengthened her understanding of how to manage children's behaviour appropriately. She maintains a record of children's attendance as required. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the last inspection.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
