Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On the 24 June 2020 we received information that a significant event had occurred in January 2020 in relation to keeping children safe from harm. The provider had failed to notify Ofsted of this incident. This means that the provider had not met their legal responsibility as set out in the early years foundation stage welfare requirements to notify Ofsted of such instances. Although it was not part of the original concern, we found that the provider had failed to sustain previous actions set, including monitoring of children's attendance and failing to supply essential documents during inspection. In addition, the provider demonstrated a poor understanding of safeguarding. We served a welfare requirements notice which is a legal document that sets out a timescale for when the provider has to meet the actions set.

Summary of outcome
Due to the significance of further safeguarding information we received, on 09 July 2020 we suspended the provider's registration. This is because we believed children may have been at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We were unable to complete a visit to monitor the compliance with the welfare requirement notice or to consider whether the grounds for suspension remained as the provider resigned their registration on 14 July 2020. The provider is no longer registered with Ofsted.
