Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage'. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 30 June 2020, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We visited the childminder and found she has had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event. We discussed this breach with the childminder and acknowledge that she had overlooked the requirement to notify Ofsted. We are satisfied there was no intent to deceive Ofsted. The childminder remains registered with Ofsted.
