Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' (EYFS), which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 3 July 2020 we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We contacted the provider to discuss these concerns and are satisfied that they have taken appropriate action to meet the requirement Disqualification, 3.15, 3.17 and 3.18.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Providers have a legal responsibility as set out in the EYFS to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider or any person who is in regular contact with children on the premises. We discussed this information with the provider and although they had not notified Ofsted of the significant event, we are satisfied that they remain suitable for registration.
