Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 28 February 2020 the provider notified us of concerns relating to safeguarding children. The notification indicates that there was a delay, on this occasion, in following the correct processes. This called into question the provider's ability to implement their policies and procedures regarding safeguarding. On 6 July 2020, we held a discussion with the provider who satisfied us that since their notification, they have improved their practice in relation to safeguarding children. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
