Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 26 February 2020 we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We visited the setting on 2 March 2012, and although not part of the concern, we found that the provider had failed to ensure that the designated safeguarding lead practitioner had followed the setting's child protection referral procedures. We have issued a Welfare Requirements Notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1
Summary of outcome
We will monitor the provider's compliance with these actions. We monitored the provider's compliance with these requirements on 11 June 2020 and found that the provider had taken appropriate steps to meet the actions. All staff have reviewed their knowledge of the safeguarding policy and the procedures for reporting concerns about a child. The provider has changed the way that staff record any concerns that they may have. The provider has made changes to the way managers' practice is monitored to ensure that any safeguarding issues are properly recorded and that referral procedures are implemented. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
