Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 .

p.1

Summary of outcome

If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 22 January 2020, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 January 2020, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting the requirements relating to: Child protection, Information about the provider, Information about the child, Safety and Staff qualifications, training support and skills.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 4 February 2020, we received further concerns and information. On 7 February 2020, we suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the circumstances to be investigated and for steps to be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We carried out further enquiries, liaised with other agencies and found that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to Suitable people, Managing behaviour and Risk assessments. Additionally, we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted, without delay, of changes to persons working on the premises. Failure to comply with this requirement is an offence.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 April 2020, we have lifted the suspension, because the provider had taken appropriate action to make improvements and deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are also satisfied that the provider has taken prompt and appropriate action to meet the requirements for registration.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of complaints

We publish details of complaints made against childminders, home childcarers and childcare providers where we or the provider have taken action in order to meet legal requirements.

p.2

Publication of complaints

We publish details of complaints for five years commencing on the date we complete our investigation.
