Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
We received information of a safeguarding nature and on 27 February 2020 we suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider is now disqualified. We believe the provider is no longer suitable to remain registered as she is disqualified. We also believe that the continued provision of childcare by the registered person to any child, may expose such a child to a risk of harm. We then took steps to cancel the provider's registration. The provider did not submit an objection to us or an appeal to an independent external tribunal, The Health, Education and Social Care First- tier Tribunal. The provider's registration is therefore cancelled.
