The childminder provides an extremely calm, nurturing and purposeful environment, where every child is valued. She knows children's individual personalities and interests exceptionally well. Children are extremely happy and secure. They demonstrate high levels of confidence and self-esteem, and this is because the childminder is highly attentive and respectful. She provides children with countless opportunities to make their own decisions and lead their own play. She has clear and concise boundaries in place, and children show a deep understanding of them.
