Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 1 November 2019 we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We contacted the provider by telephone on 12 November 2019 then visited the provider on 10 December 2019.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Following this visit we suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 2 January 2020 we took steps to cancel the provider's registration. The provider objected to us taking this step. Having heard the provider's reasons for objecting to this step, we proceeded with cancellation and the provider is now cancelled

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is no longer registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of complaints

We publish details of complaints made against childminders, home childcarers and childcare providers where we or the provider have taken action in order to meet legal requirements.

p.1
