Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' (EYFS), which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 February 2020, we received information that raised concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We visited on 10 March 2020. We found that there had been a breach of requirements, but the provider had already taken action to put matters right. We were satisfied with the action taken to ensure requirements were met. We also found that the provider had failed to inform Ofsted of all significant events. This means they had not met their legal duty to notify Ofsted within the prescribed timescales, as set out in the EYFS. We discussed this with the provider during the visit and they now understand their responsibilities in this area.

Summary of outcome
