Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 10 January 2020, we received information that suggested that the provider did not meet the legal requirements for Safeguarding practice, Staff: Child ratio, Risk assessment and Suitable people. On 29 January 2020, we carried out an unannounced compliance visit. We found that the provider did not meet the legal requirements for Risk assessment, Training, support and skills, Ratio and Information for parents. We issued Welfare requirement Notice and set actions the that the provider must take within the timescales set out.
