Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
We carried out an announced visit and discussed the information with the nominated individual, manager and deputy manager. We found that the provider had co-operated with local agencies and carried out an internal investigation into the matter to establish what had gone wrong. We found that the provider had taken appropriate action to ensure that all staff understand the setting's safeguarding policy and procedures and how to protect children from harm. As a result, we're satisfied that they remained suitable for registration. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
