Children make choices about their play and enthusiastically explore and investigate resources and the setting. The childminder has created strong partnerships with parents and she gathers detailed information when children first start, which helps her to gain an excellent understanding of each child. She works closely with a range of other professionals to enable her to maintain the highest level of achievement for all children. She regularly and consistently shares her observations of the children with their parents so that together they can plan next steps and support children's development even further.
