Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, (EYFS) which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 January 2020, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. At an unannounced visit on 10 February 2020, we found that the provider had not taken effective action to minimise risks to children on the premises. Not all accidents and injuries to children were recorded. The provider had not kept a record of complaints made to her. In addition, the provider did not demonstrate a good understanding of how to manage young children's behaviour in an age-appropriate way.
