need to do better?
15 January 2020 n Children are very confident to discuss and make decisions about their play. They share their views about their likes and dislikes. This is evident when children keenly discussed their favourite fruit and vegetables, describing the taste, texture and smell. They also make decisions about what they want in their sandwiches. n Children make excellent progress in mathematics. This is evident when the childminder expertly challenged children to count the number of cubes they had sorted. She challenged children to explain why a piece of wood with lots of holes could not fit on a rod. Children are determined to learn how to cut 'really round circles' independently. They persevered as the childminder provides accurate, clear and structured guidance.
