Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 31 January 2020, XXXXX we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We carried out an unannounced visit on 3 February 2020, where we found there was no effective risk assessment in place for the removal of waste form the septic tank and deliveries of gas into the outside storage tanker. The new provider had already identified this as a weakness and is in the processing completing a full risk assessment. We are satisfied that children were not at risk of harm at the time. Steps were taken by staff to ensure no risk of contamination could occur.

Summary of outcome
We are satisfied that the new provider will complete a full and comprehensive risk assessment. We have therefore, on this occasion, not taken any further action. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted
