p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder does not have sufficient understanding of safeguarding to be able to assess how changes to her family circumstances might impact on children. This means that children's safety and well-being cannot be assured. n The childminder has not made sufficient progress since the last inspection to achieve or sustain improvements. n The childminder has worked with her local authority adviser to ensure her documentation is updated and meets requirements. n The childminder has suitable understanding of how children learn and provides a range of sensory toys to help young children explore and develop.

p.2

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
