This monitoring visit
This home was judged to be inadequate at the full inspection in November 2019 because of weaknesses in the recruitment of a new member of staff and in relation to keeping a child safe online. This monitoring visit was completed to review the actions taken by the provider to address these weaknesses. At this inspection, Ofsted found that suitable action has been taken to address the previous weaknesses and that the two requirements raised under the protection of children standard are met. Inspectors found that allegations made by children and concerns about staff practice are managed swiftly and correctly. Senior leaders sensitively and carefully investigate allegations and concerns about staff practice, ensuring an appropriate duty of care to staff as well as making sure that children are safeguarded. Leaders and managers work in partnership with safeguarding agencies, ensuring that required referrals
