Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 18 November 2019 we received a complaint. The information received raised concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

Summary of outcome
On 13 and 24 December 2019, 2 and 3 January 2020 we received complaints. We held a meeting with the provider on 8 January 2020. We found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event and a change to their contact details. These are requirements of registration. We took no further action as the provider is now clear on the requirement to notify Ofsted of such events in the future. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
