Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2.
p.1
Summary of outcome
If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On the 19 September 2019 we received information that raised concerns that the childminder failed to notify Ofsted about a significant event, which is an offence. On this occasion, we do not intend to take enforcement action. The childminder cooperated fully and provided Ofsted with all the necessary information.

Summary of outcome
The childminder remains registered with Ofsted.
