Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 16 September 2019 we received a concern. The information received raised concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

Summary of outcome
We found the childminder had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event that may impact on the suitability of persons living or working on the premises. This is a requirement of her registration. We took no further action as the childminder is now clear on the requirement to notify Ofsted of such events in the future.
