Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 September 2019, we received information that the childminder was not meeting some of these requirements. On 15 October 2019, we visited the childminder and issued a notice to improve, which asks the childminder to take action. The childminder will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

p.1
Summary of outcome
During the visit, we also found the childminder had failed to notify Ofsted of significant changes. We discussed this breach with the childminder and acknowledged that she had overlooked the requirement to notify Ofsted. We are satisfied there was no intent to deceive Ofsted. We are satisfied with the action taken. The childminder remains registered with Ofsted.
