Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 3 October 2019 we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We visited the provider on 8 October 2019 and 24 October 2019. We also found that the provider had failed to inform Ofsted of changes to persons managing the provision and of changes in the hours of operation of the provision
p.1
Summary of outcome
Following these visits we served a welfare requirement notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take action by the date specified.
p.1
Summary of outcome

p.1
Summary of outcome
We visited the provider again and found they had taken sufficient action to meet the notices. The required suitability checks are now in place for all staff.
