Summary of outcome
All early providers registered on the voluntary part of the Childcare Register must meet the statutory requirements, which you can find at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/childminders- and-childcare-providers-register-with-ofsted/registration-requirements . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 21 October 2019, we received information from children's services about some concerns which had been raised. They investigated the information received and found that there was no evidence to support the concerns. Following on from this we carried out an announced visit to the provider to discuss the information received. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
