Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 11 September 2019 we received a notification from the provider. The information received raised concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that staff had failed to report an allegation against a staff member to the provider in a timely manner. This resulted in a delay in reporting the allegation to appropriate child protection agencies. The provider has sent staff on safeguarding training and got them to read the settings child protection policy and procedures. Staff are now clear on the correct procedures to follow for allegations against staff. As the provider has already taken appropriate action to meet this requirement, we took no further action.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We have served an action. This notice requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

An appropriate response to the action was received from the provider.
