Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 11 October 2019, the provider notified us about an allegation against a member of staff. The notification meant that the provider had met their legal responsibility with regards to notifying Ofsted of any allegation of harm or abuse by any person living, working, or looking after children on the premises within 14 days. We carried out an unannounced visit on 22 October 2019 to look at this notification along with a further complaint received. Our visit found that the provider had not followed the correct procedures or taken appropriate action while investigations were undertaken. The provider
