All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at
p.1
Summary of outcome
www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 4 Oct 2019, the provider notified us of an incident regarding the collection of children from school. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the early years foundation stage welfare requirements to notify Ofsted of such instances. On 29 Oct 2019, we carried out a regulatory visit and found that: the provider does not ensure that at least one person who has a current paediatric first aid certificate accompanies children on outings. We have issued the provider a notice to improve. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
