n The childminder does not demonstrate an understanding of when to notify Ofsted of significant events. She has not informed Ofsted of her change of address despite being alerted about the need to do so. n The childminder's new premises do not have secure locks where needed and lack equipment to detect and control fire. This puts children at risk. n The childminder does not have sufficient knowledge of child protection procedures. She is unsure how to respond if concerns about a child's welfare arise, including if an allegation is made against her or a family member. The childminder does not show that she understands the roles and responsibilities of relevant agencies and when to involve them. n Although the childminder understands how to escalate concerns if children fall behind in their learning, she lacks knowledge about how to complete the progress check for children aged two. n The childminder explains how she intends to help children to develop healthy

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
