The provision is good
The childminder provides a varied and stimulating curriculum that offers children a wealth of opportunities to learn and explore. She has high expectations of what children can achieve and their interests are central to her planning. The childminder uses her good knowledge of children's development to support them to develop skills for the next steps in their learning. Children demonstrate a positive attitude to learning and that they feel safe and secure. They are keen to explore their environment and are confident to select their own toys and resources. They concentrate for significant lengths of time and persevere well at tasks. For example, they delight in exploring how to use syringes to collect water and eagerly test them to see how far they can make the water move.
