learning and development. Procedures for risk assessment are not effective. For example, the childminder has not identified risks to children in her care, such as from loose bricks in the garden where young children play. n The childminder does not complete all required documentation. She does not keep accurate records of children's daily hours of attendance and record all medication that she administers to children. n The childminder does not know how to support children's learning and development so that children make the best possible progress and are prepared for the next stage in their development. She does not routinely observe children, consider what they can already do and plan exciting activities and opportunities for them. n The childminder does not understand her role in promoting equality and diversity. She does not do enough to teach children about the community and the world in which they live.

This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
