p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder has not taken appropriate action since the last inspection to ensure that all safeguarding requirements are met. She has failed to maintain an appropriate first-aid qualification. This hinders her from taking the correct action in a medical emergency. However, she has started to address this and has booked herself on a course. n The childminder understands what she must do in the event of a concern about a child in her care. She has completed checks to ensure the suitability of all adults living in her home. n The childminder demonstrates that she knows how to plan, observe and monitor children's progress. She understands the value of working closely with parents. She recognises the benefits of open, two-way communication with home to provide children with consistent care routines and learning opportunities. n The childminder understands the importance of providing nutritious and varied menus

p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.

p.1
