communication skills. n The childminder provides an incredibly positive atmosphere and highly values each child's contribution. Children behave very well. Despite their young age, they are learning to take turns and share toys, as well as listen to what each other have to say. n The childminder works well in partnership with some of the other provisions that children also attend. However, she has not ensured that she has an effective two-way flow of information between all providers that helps to provide consistency in care and learning for children. n The childminder does not seek highly focused professional development opportunities in order to extend her knowledge to a higher level.
