This monitoring visit
A full inspection was carried out on 30 April and 01 May 2019. At this full inspection, significant concerns were identified regarding the welfare of young people including weak management and leadership arrangements and insufficient staffing levels. In response to these concerns, four compliance notices and a restriction of accommodation notice were issued. The purpose of this visit was to monitor the provider‟s compliance with the restriction of accommodation notice. At this visit, it was found that since the last inspection two young people have been discharged from the home and no other young people have been admitted. Therefore, the home is complying with the restriction of accommodation notice.
