She is not able to demonstrate how she plans and provides stimulating and challenging activities to engage and motivate children. Resources and opportunities for children appear limited. Children are not supported to make good progress. n The childminder exchanges information with parents. She understands written permission must be gained from parents prior to administering medication, for each and every occasion and to keep a record of medicine administered. n The childminder demonstrates a better understanding of the changes that must be notified to Ofsted. n The childminder has recognised some developmental progress and follows children's interests to some extent. She explains how she is providing more opportunities for children to play outside and access sensory resources such as sand and water.
p.1
This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
