Excellent relationships with the children and their families mean that staff are very alert to any potential changes or issues. Management and staff act promptly to report any concerns to protect children from harm. Staff benefit greatly from the excellent training opportunities to enhance their teaching. This has resulted in activities that are highly engaging and stimulating, and excellent questioning to challenge children's independent thinking. Children with SEND receive exceptional support. Activities are targeted very well on their key next steps. Self-evaluation is highly effective. This has led to calmer experiences for children, particularly after lunch, where they take part in meditation or yoga.
