This provision is good
n The childminder has worked hard to address the actions and recommendations raised at her last inspection. She has carried out research and accessed specific safeguarding training to improve her knowledge. The childminder accurately evaluates the strengths in her practice and uses her action plan to focus on continuous improvement. n The childminder creates a secure and welcoming environment. Children are settled and happy. They display affection for the childminder and develop strong emotional attachments. The childminder is attentive and knows each child well. n The childminder has created an inclusive environment where diversity is highly valued. Children develop their understanding and respect for the differences between themselves and other people. They take part in events to raise money for local and national charities. This supports children to develop their understanding of how to help make life better for those who are less fortunate than themselves.
