p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder does not demonstrate how she is able to make improvements to her setting. Despite receiving support and training since her last inspection, she has not met the actions that were raised. n The childminder has no system for providing parents with a short, written summary of their child's development between the ages of two and three years. She does not demonstrate a good enough understanding about the guidance that she had been given and has insufficient knowledge of how to complete the required progress check. n The childminder has no system for managing an effective two-way flow of information with other settings. She lacks understanding of how to complement children's learning and ensure a shared approach to supporting their progress and achievements across all areas of learning. n The childminder had no evidence that she held appropriate public liability insurance to cover her childminding activity. Her insurance certificate had expired almost one month

She has a current paediatric first-aid certificate and can explain how she keeps children safe when on outings to the park. n The childminder understands how manage children's behaviour in a positive way, to promote their self-esteem, good behaviour and emotional well-being.

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
