p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder has not informed Ofsted of changes to people living in her home. This prevents Ofsted from carrying out the required suitability checks to help to keep children safe. n The childminder is not fully aware of when she needs to notify Ofsted about her involvement with other agencies. n Documentation to show how the childminder meets requirements is not available for inspection. This includes evidence that her assistant, who occasionally has sole charge of children, holds a paediatric first-aid certificate. The childminder cannot demonstrate that she holds public liability insurance, and records relating to children's attendance are not available. n The childminder understands how children learn and develop. She has a wide range of toys available and understands how to monitor children's progress and share this information with parents. n The childminder understands her role in protecting children and keeping them safe.

p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
