Staff give young people consistent routines and boundaries and explain areas of risk to young people. This enables young people to understand potential risks to themselves and others around them. Young people can keep themselves safe within the home and the community. Staff use restraint as the last resort. As a result, there have not been any restraints since the last Ofsted inspection. Inspection report children’s home: SC464958 4 Young people are aware of how to make a complaint and the manager actions these appropriately. Young people know that if they have any worries, the manager prioritises them and ensures that they are dealt with. Young people build trusting relationships with staff and the manager.

p.4
