This is demonstrated when staff encourage children to share their day's experiences when they arrive at the club. n Staff are good role models and this helps children to learn how to be considerate and respectful towards each other. Staff have established strong bonds with parents who report that they are very happy with the provision and the partnership. n Children show a high level of independence and are familiar with the routines. This is evident when they select the activities they want to play with and move onto the next ones outside or inside. n Leaders are reflective. They value the opinions of others and include them in self- evaluating the club. They use the information gathered to make improvements.
