This is also a breach of the requirements of the Childcare Register. The provider has resigned from the Early Years Register but if they had not done so, Ofsted would have taken enforcement action. n The manager is not aware of her duty to prevent children from being radicalised or being exposed to extremist views and opinions. n The provider ensures that all staff working with the children are suitable to do so. n The provider understands his responsibility to ensure children have access to a good range of resources and materials. n The provider is aware of his responsibility to provide children with a nutritious and

p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
