and young people since the most recent full inspection
If young people go missing from home and are drawn back into unsafe behaviour, staff and managers respond swiftly. Staff and managers work extremely well with the local police, advocates, health professionals and local authorities to make sure that everyone understands the detail and cause of the problem. This comprehensive approach helps to prevent further going missing from home incidents from occurring. This means that young people do not suffer further damage and they quickly settle back down. The manager and deputy manager continue to provide outstanding leadership. They ensure that staff are kept up to date with what has happened and any decisions. This enables staff to give young people excellent care.
