Young people continue to enjoy an excellent range of activities that help to encourage their hobbies and interests. The home experienced a difficult period during November last year. This was primarily due to a high number of missing-from-home episodes involving one young person. This resulted in safeguarding concerns being expressed. Young people’s risk assessments have all been updated to reflect concerns, and staff are fully aware of the measures they need to take to keep young people safe.

Senior managers have commissioned external professionals to provide therapeutic and reflective supervisions with all staff to develop resilience within the staff group.
