Leaders and managers ensure that when children move from this home they do so in a planned and positive way. One child successfully moved into a semi-independent home. Staff continue to maintain regular contact with the child and provide support that has ensured that the child’s needs have been at the centre of the care plan. Another child has moved back to live with their family. The manager has continued to support this arrangement through regular contact and visits to the family home.
