The provision does not meet requirements

 The childminder does not understand the procedures to follow if she has a safeguarding concern about a child, or if an allegation is made about a household member. She does not know the Local Safeguarding Children Board reporting procedures, or about her responsibilities relating to the 'Prevent' duty guidance.  The childminder has not kept her paediatric first-aid qualification up to date. This compromises children's safety in the event of an accident. This is also a breach of the Childcare Register requirements.  The childminder understands how to assess children's progress and plan for their next steps. She knows how to provide activities to help support children's learning.  The childminder understands the importance of working in partnership with parents and other settings, to provide continuity of care and support for children's individual needs.  The childminder is aware of the importance of evaluating her practice to help her make

The provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
